Town Council The Town of Stoneville is governed by a mayor and five-member board of council. The town operates under the council-manager form of government. Much more than meeting attendees, the council of Stoneville is comprised of deeply involved individuals. They are pictured below taking part in the Christmas Parade. Mayor Able Council leadership is provided by Mayor Rex Tuggle.
