Twenty-four-hour police protection is given to the citizens of Stoneville by a dedicated chief and team of officers. This small but proud law enforcement unit takes pride in its fine training program and professional officers.

Stoneville is proud to possess one of the highest ranking volunteer fire departments in the state in terms of efficiency, punctuality in answering calls, fire prevention and emergency medical service. Fire protection is provided beyond the corporate boundaries, as well.

A Tornado Warning is issued by the National Weather Service when

A Tornado Warning activates the siren to blast a constant tone.

Fire and Medical Emergencies

A repeated up and down siren tone alerts first responders to a fire or medical emergency.

Monthly Test

The siren is tested on the 1st Sunday of each month at 2pm for approximately 1 minute.
